New Homes
Development at Coopers Hill will create contemporary, sustainable housing in a green setting. Our plans are to replace the existing buildings with 52 new homes aimed at a real mix of young people, older people and families.

Quality Architecture
New homes will be built in brick in keeping with the local context and no more than three storeys in height to respect our neighbours and keep with the character of the local area.

Sustainable Transport
The site is a short walk from Bracknell train and bus stations and the town centre. We will encourage walking and cycling over car use as the site lies on one of the main cycle routes in Bracknell. All homes will have parking provision on site.

Respectful Neighbour
We designed the development to respect our neighbours’ light and privacy by keeping all the homes low-rise and using new and existing trees for screening. We will work closely with our neighbours on how we manage construction. Whilst some disruption cannot be avoided we will work to keep this to a minimum.

New Facilities
Bracknell Forest Council is building a new youth and community facility in the town centre, which has been designed in consultation with young people. The Council is working closely with all the groups that used Coopers Hill on their options for the future.

Considered Landscaping
We will create new play spaces, whilst new planting and public landscaping will create a pleasant environment which promotes wellbeing and sustainability.
